These general conditions shall govern the contractual relationship between sylda-transportations.com, and the customer (you), under which sylda-transportations.com acts as the supplier's agent.

For the provision of our services we work with private transportation operators (or "Suppliers") who provide ground transportation services for passenger transfers, or who act as an agency with legal capacity to offer transportation services and who are in possession of all the necessary licenses and permits in accordance with the legislation applicable to each of them for the performance of this activity in any country we provide our transfer booking services. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

The terms and conditions applicable to the contract between you and the supplier are available upon request and are set out in the relevant supplier's booking conditions. sylda-transportations.com acts as an agent for its suppliers so we cannot accept any liability arising from the provision of the services.

By booking on our website, you agree that the contract for the use and provision of the service is between you and our supplier (the service provider). If the booking is made by an agency or any other person acting on your behalf, they are deemed to be acting as an agent for all passengers using the service and you. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other information contained on the website. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you have the legal capacity to accept them on your behalf and on behalf of all passengers using the services.

These terms and conditions may change without notice and any changes will be communicated by email, our application, our website or any other means you have provided to us for this purpose.

2. The booking process: payment and contract

Reservations can be made online on our website or by telephone. If the booking is made for two or more persons, the person making the booking ("the Primary Party") is deemed to have made the booking on behalf of all passengers and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of any passengers on the booking. The principal party must be at least 18 years of age.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once full payment is received, sylda-transportations.com will process the booking and after confirmation will send to the Primary Party the details of the transfer services you have booked and the booking voucher. The voucher acts as a 'ticket or voucher' and must be presented to the supplier's representative or driver.

At our discretion and on selected routes, you may book the services by making a low initial deposit, these low initial deposit reservations will only be available if you book at least 20 days prior to the date of use of the service. All deposit payments made are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed. The outstanding balance will be automatically deducted 7 days prior to the date of use of the service from the same credit/debit card you used to pay the initial deposit; if the outstanding balance is deducted, you will be responsible for the full value of the reservation and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If you cancel the reservation 8 days before the date of use of the first service, the outstanding balance will not be deducted from your credit/debit card and the deposit will not be refunded. Reservations made at this rate can be modified and if you wish to make changes or add extras to your reservation, you will be required to pay the associated additional charges where these apply to such modifications.

When the booking is confirmed, a legally binding contract will be created between the principal Party (and all passengers listed on the booking) and the supplier. No binding contract is created until full payment has been received. If you book through a travel agent, no contract will be created between you and a supplier until full payment has been received by your travel agent. We cannot accept any liability in respect of confirmed services unless full payment has been received.

In the event of an unsatisfactory service claim, sylda transportations or its supplier may provide the affected customer with reimbursement of the relevant costs incurred by the customer upon arrival at destination. All documentation (vouchers) of the expenses paid by the customer will be required.

sylda transportations or its suppliers cannot be held responsible for the timeliness, accuracy or quality of services due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking the service. It is the responsibility of the Principal Party (or its agent) to verify that all booking details are correct prior to travel and to inform sylda transportations if there are any errors in advance.

If there is any error in the information provided by the Lead Party (or its agent) and as a result the booking suffers a change in the price of the services, you will be responsible for that expense. In the event that you do not pay the difference due to the incorrect information provided by you, sylda transportations or our supplier reserves the right to cancel the services without any compensation or refund liability to you. The supplier's price quoted on our website is the final price and you will not be charged additional fees if the information you provide at the time of booking is correct.
